Chace Warmington is the Managing Principal
and co-founder of Ecofusion. He is also Managing
Principal and co-founder of emPivot.com, the Online
Network for Green Video. Chace has over ten years
of experience developing internal and external strategic
communications related to community development,
renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
Chace’s
experience is founded upon working intimately with
clients in order to meet their communications needs.
He has led multi-interest stakeholder outreach efforts,
developed media for national and international entities
and he managed development teams to create highly
interactive web sites and tools for environmentally-related
business and campaigns.

Halle Czechowski has
nearly two decades of experience in communications
and advocacy. She brings to the
work a passion for environmental issues and a commitment
to social justice. She is skilled at developing communications
strategies, messages, and vehicles that articulate
an initiative’s mission and connect and empower
citizen-advocates to speak out effectively.
Her work experience includes
Capitol Hill, the Federal government, non-profits,
and political campaigns.
She has for a broad array of causes and organizations,
including Voices for America’s Children, Clean
Tech for Obama, ReCharge America, People for the
American Way, The Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund, Southeast
Tourism Society, American Association of University
Women and the Open Society Justice Initiative.
Halle earned a B.A. in Social and Public Policy
at Georgetown University.
Bronwen Kennedy is the Principal/Owner of Spring13.
With over a decade of agency experience as an award
winning Creative Director, Bronwen has been the Creative
Lead on national, multi-channel campaigns and multi-million
dollar new business pitches. She has directed creative
teams from Concept through Production in all media
including over 25 original TV commercials for clients
such as Time Warner Cable, Weight Watchers and Blue
Cross Blue Shield.
Bronwen works with her clients in a variety of roles.
She has worked providing concepts for a variety of
things including websites, videos and branding where
clients produce the ideas themselves, she has managed
client's in-house creative teams- providing leadership,
helping with staffing issues and client relationships,
and she works with her own creative partners to deliver
fully executed projects. Recent Spring13 clients
include National Geographic, EFX Media, Madison Design
Group, CYVIZ, Procure and others.
With extensive experience, and connections, working
in all media channels- TV, Video, Print, Interactive,
Mail, and Collateral, Bronwen brings to the table

Danielle Miller Wagner, Principal

energy efficiency and conservation, and economic
growth with a focus on maximizing organizations’ growth
through American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)

A Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional
(AP), Danielle has 16 years of experience helping
local governments, real estate developers, non-profits,
and federal agencies develop new initiatives, manage
programs, cultivate financial support, and facilitate
relationships.
Prior to launching her consulting
practice in January 2009, Danielle served as Vice
President of a specialty real estate company focusing
on the redevelopment of environmentally impaired
properties (Brownfields) where she built a nationwide
sourcing network and created new models for tapping
the municipal Brownfield market. Previously, Danielle
managed environmental and economic development programs
for the International City/County Management Association
(ICMA). In this capacity, she led an association-wide
sustainability initiative, local government energy
efficiency programs, as well as Smart Growth and
Brownfield initiatives for local governments.
Danielle also worked for a
government contractor and provided technical and
strategic support to the US Environmental Protection
Agency and the Department of the Navy, with a focus
on land use controls, Superfund liability, and Brownfield
cleanup and reuse. Early in her career, Danielle
spent a year with a non-governmental organization
facilitating cooperative scientific endeavors between
Israeli and Palestinian scientists. Danielle launched
her career during the first Clinton Administration
in Vice President Gore’s GLOBE Program.
Danielle earned a Bachelor
of Science degree from the University of Michigan,
School of Natural Resources and Environment, and
a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from
Johns Hopkins. 
David, the principal of 202
Films, is an associate of the Ecofusion team and
is a former Producer/Editor
at Discovery Communications and a Sound Editor at
National Geographic Television. As the principal
of 202 Films, Mr. Schneider has been the Associate
Producer on a documentary called The Price of Freedom,
based on the story of Jewish-American prisoners of
war during WWII. He has since worked on a multitude
of films and TV shows, including an array of Discovery,
Home and Garden and TruTV shows. His recently completed
Discovery Channel film, China’s Mega Dam, received
100% higher ratings than regular Discovery Channel
programming, over a series of three showings.
Over
the past six years Dave Schneider has edited political
advertisements for the U.S. Senate, Congress,
House of Representatives, along with an array of
initiative advertisements.
Schneider has over 14
years of experience in the film industry and has
edited close to 100 hours of
internationally broadcast programming. Schneider
won two Pollie’s and was nominated for 2 Emmy
awards. He recently finished a collaborative project
with Nick Clooney and Walter Cronkite for the AmericanLife
Network. He is currently working on the third season
of Indoors Out for the DIY network.

Catherine brings 15 years of
marketing experience in consumer and business-to-business
marketing to
the Ecofusion team. She helped build the famous For
Dummies series into bestselling brand and was the
Sr. Product Marketing Mgr for Excite's BluemountainArts.com
and WebShots.com.
Additionally Catherine has
negotiated PR partnerships with NHL, Sunkist, Angel
EMI, 1-800
Flowers, Martha
Stewart, Mac Cosmetics, Saucony, Nascar and more.
Catherine built the DC area floral import business
for Metz, one of the biggest Dutch floral exporters.
Currently she is a marketing consultant working
with several regional clients in the areas of entertainment
and tourism.
Catherine received a B.A. in
English from Bates College in Maine.

Moses currently works with Ecofusion to coordinate
the development of the emPivot.com web environment
and the emPivot online community. Moses has a background
in the engineering and computer science field. Prior
to setting off on his own as a consultant Moses worked
at NASA Godard Space Center and Sun Microsystems.
Moses is a filmmaker, blogger, and technology developer
and has played an important role in Paint The District
Green and NextDC, among a variety of other projects.

Annie Schwendinger, Smartt Art owner and graphic
designer graduated from Wheaton College outside of
Boston, Massachusetts with a major in Art History
and a minor in Studio Art.
While living in Boston after graduation, she enrolled
and completed a two and a half year certificate program
in Graphic Design from the School of the Museum of
Fine Arts, Boston. Upon completion of the program,
she relocated to Washington, D.C. and started her
freelance graphic design company, Smartt Art.
Until recently, Annie worked full-time as a graphic
designer for the marketing departments of WorldCom
Wireless(telecom) and Jones Lang LaSalle(real estate
development). Both companies allowed her to build
her portfolio and create strong visual collateral
for her clients in both the print and web industry.
Annie has made Smartt
Art home since it’s
opening in 2002 and enjoys working with many different
clients in the DC area and nationwide.
 Shelly comes to Ecofusion with
the experience in the areas of marketing, communication,
and business
planning. In a constantly shifting and highly competitive
automotive industry, Shelly has valuable experience
in a host of areas such as product development, market
analysis, and strategic planning. Her previous employers
include Metropolitan Eye Specialists, The Hoop Dreams
Scholarship Fund and American Specialty Cars, Inc.
With the Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund, Shelly was
charged with maintaining consistent messaging in
all communications materials and maximizing the exposure
of Hoop Dreams, while building bridges between our
communities, corporate and media partners, and sponsors.
In
the fall of 2010, I will be entering the Fuqua School
of Business
to pursue an MBA with a concentration
in marketing and strategy. Shelly currently holds
a Master of Arts in Engineering Management from George
Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in
Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T
State University.
 Khalid
Ali focuses on corporate strategy development and
has extensive experience in strategic growth
initiatives, M&A, market analysis, corporate
restructuring and organizational design. Khalid has
consulted to companies of varying sizes, from start-ups
to global, Fortune 500 companies and has advised
on various strategic, financial, operational and
organizational issues.
Khalid's recent strategic advisory
work includes investment due diligence for a mid-atlantic
venture
capital firm, growth strategy development for an
energy start-up, and corporate restructuring advisory
for a $5bn technology company.
Previously, Khalid
worked at Towers Perrin, a global management consulting
firm, where he focused on various
strategic initiatives including M&A, corporate
restructuring, change management and organizational
design and research.
Khalid's other experiences
include working at Qorvis Communications, a marketing
and
brand consultancy,
where he executed various research engagements on
strategic issues for executives looking to drive
corporate growth, as well as an Investment Banking
Intern at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on corporate
finance/M&A due diligence and financial modeling.
Khalid also interned at a small-cap venture capital
firm where he reviewed business plans and analyzed
industries and companies for investment.
Khalid graduated
from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in
Economics and served as the President
of the UMD Entrepreneurship Club, where he assisted
student entrepreneurs in connecting with other
successful entrepreneurs, local bankers and venture
capitalists.
Currently, Khalid sits on the Working
Group committee of OPEN DC (Organization of Pakistani
Entrepreneurs
- Washington, DC) and the Programming Committee of
ACG (Association for Corporate Growth - Maryland).
