Faced with a three
month deadline Ecofusion responded by issolating
the production process into three phases:
1.
Strategic assessment and pre production
planning,
2. New video and audio production,
3. Post production editing, CD-ROM Print & Interactive Development, and
Flash to Web
The
key to success for the Marguerite Casey Foundation
project was in the organization's willingness
to allow Ecofusion to perform an initial
strategic assessment of the assetts available
to organization. On a short time line many
clients are anxious to move immediately forward
with new production. Within the critical
first phase, Ecofusion identified the video
and audio assetts available to the Founation
and built these into a meaningful narrative.
As a result Ecofusion prioritized and planned
new production based on cost, time line,
and staff availability. Our teams produced
new video and audio production including
performing interviews with Grantees and staff
in various locations.
The creative team for Ecofusion worked with the Foundation's creative team
producing the print version. As a result Ecofusion aligned the style of the
user interface and sleve design with the creative direction of the Print version
of the Annual Report. In November of 2005 the Marguerite Casey Foundation shipped
their annual report to thousands of recipients accompanied by the Interactive
CD-ROM. In early December, the Foundation began featuring the Annual Report
on-line, highlighting their year with an Interactive Flash version of the report.
